What happens when a couple dozen teams and cars come together to compete in a 3-day driving event across the Midwest? An epic journey of mayhem, of course.

The 2009 Hemingway Run is sure to be the larger-than-life expedition that the organizers of the annual MidCoast Road Rally are known for. The Hemingway Run you ask? We say the perfect long weekend to celebrate the end of another nasty Midwest winter. The journey will traverse little traveled Midwest roads allowing drivers to participate in great driving camaraderie within their teams and amongst the other Hemingway participants.

Throughout the event, each participant will experience lavish hotels in Minneapolis (Graves 601, downtown Minneapolis) and Lake Geneva, Wisconsin (Grand Geneva Resort & Spa). With the debut of our signature branded Hemingway wine, the teams will certainly make memories dining together each evening. And while trying to win the coveted FIRST Hemingway Run Grand Championship Award, this group of motorcar enthusiasts will certainly demand attention wherever it goes.
